1. Introduction
By accessing or using our website/service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
3. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Froozle and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Froozle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of the Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Froozle. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items: Pre-owned Category, Clearance items, Gift cards, customized/personalized items, and intimate apparel (swimwear, underwear) are final sale and cannot be returned.
